What fabric do you use to make the seat
covers?
All of our seat covers are handcrafted using a strong, sturdy poly/cotton denim
(10-12 oz. per sq ft). Water resistant seat covers are made from an 80/20 cotton
twill fabric (8-10 oz. per sq ft) and the Hawaiian Print seat covers are made
from a light poly-cotton material (7 oz. per sq ft). All are machine washable
and as soft and gentle as your blue jeans. In fact, like your favorite jeans,
they get more comfortable the more you wash them.
Why don’t you use vinyl or leather?
The extreme marketing of neoprene-vinyl and leather seat covers misleads
consumers. These materials don’t breath, which can cause the original car seat
to mildew if it gets damp or wet. They’re also very hot to sit on in the summer.
I don’t see my car in the gallery
listing, can I still get seat covers for it?
Yes. We have over 3,000 different seat cover patterns and not enough time to
take pictures of all of them. To make sure, drop us a note and tell us what you
need.
Will your seat covers accommodate my
car’s equipment?
Yes. Our seat covers are designed to accommodate electric and/or manual controls
as well as airbags. Just give us details about your car when you order.
How can I be sure the seat covers will
be the right color?
Take a look at our color selection. If you want to receive color samples, call us at
800-587-9166. This will help make sure you choose the correct color for your
vehicle’s interior.
How long will it take for my order to
arrive?
Since your order will be custom-made for your vehicle’s specifications, it will
take 2-3 weeks to be made and delivered. (Please note that it could take longer
during peak holiday times.) We do have a Rush Service available in which we can
ship the product in 3-6 business days.
How do I install the seat covers?
Since each of our seat covers is custom tailored to fit a particular car’s
seats, each one will fasten slightly differently. Because of this can be no
uniform installation guide. However, we do include installation guidelines along
with every order.

How do I wash my dirty seat covers?
Cotton or denim twill seat covers can be washed just like a pair of jeans, using
a gentle/warm cycle to dry them. Please remember to take all hooks off the seat
covers before washing.
Are my seat covers covered by a
warranty?
Of course! All of our covers come with 1-year limited warranty against
manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Damages inflicted during
installation, spilled liquids on the fabric, or having tools in your pockets are
not covered. Please advise us within 20 days after receipt if you are not
satisfied with the order and provide specific complaints. If we authorize a
return we will give you an authorization number. No returns will be accepted
without one. Please call or email us with your request. All items are
custom-tailored, therefore we can’t issue a refund on any two-tone, camouflage
or Hawaiian fabrics. Refund or exchanges are granted for all regular
solid-colored items without any special logo. There will be a 30% restocking fee
applied to any refunds since our seat covers are custom-made for your vehicle.
